Keith's culinary vision is preparing food for his clients with sophistication, simplicity and integrity. Formally trained from the prestigious Johnson and Wales University, Keith continued  his career as an independent caterer for over 25 years.

Keith works directly with his clients, taking away their stress, while providing the perfect menu for all guests.  Keith uses fresh locally sourced ingredients when available. Please also let him know about all dietary needs and requests. He can't wait to serve you!
